Matt Bullen is an education development strategist and former Athletic Director based in Lubbock, Texas, who helps school districts build sustainable funding systems that support students, programs, and long-term success.

With firsthand experience leading athletic and extracurricular programs, Matt understands the operational and financial pressures districts face. He works alongside superintendents, school boards, and district leadership to design and grow district funds, strengthen community and business partnerships, and create clear pathways for donor investment. His approach focuses on aligning district vision with practical fundraising structures that expand opportunities for students without increasing strain on operating budgets.

Through SummitEd, Matt specializes in district advancement strategy, including fund development, endowments, annual giving, and community engagement models that are transparent, scalable, and impact-driven. His work helps districts move beyond short-term fundraising toward sustainable financial support for athletics, fine arts, academics, and student leadership programs.
